Het restaurant zou daarnaast ook volledig vernieuwd worden. Peter Goossens is de eigenaar en chef van het driesterrenrestaurant &#8216;Hof van Cleve&#8217;,\u00a0\u00a0maar is in Vlaanderen vooral gekend als jurylid bij het populaire televisieprogramma &#8216;Mijn Restaurant&#8217;.
